Sandburg Village

Bulley & Andrews Concrete Restoration completed miscellaneous repairs to the North Mall Plaza of Sandburg Village, a complex of high and low rise residential buildings, townhouses and landscaped pedestrian malls.

The scope of work included the removal and replacement of all traffic bearing membrane on the terraces, patios and pool deck of the complex and the plaza level concrete slab repair. In addition to the North plaza repair, 9,000 sq. ft. of overhead concrete repair was performed inside the parking garage which is located directly below the North plaza.
