Two Bulley & Andrews’ Projects Receive Illinois Landmark Awards
Nine projects were honored for excellence in preservation on Saturday, October 27 at the Landmarks Illinois’ annual Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Preservation Awards ceremony at the InterContinental Chicago.
Among those nine projects were two Bulley & Andrews’ projects. Recognized as Project of the Year for Restoration was the Monroe Building at 104 South Michigan Avenue. Repairing the building’s historic interior and exterior spaces, Bulley & Andrews served as Construction Manager and Bulley & Andrews Masonry Restoration (BAMR) provided services to restore the building’s exterior facade. Additionally, the Incubator South and Technology Business Center at the Illinois Institute of Technology was honored with the Adaptive Use award. Bulley & Andrews provided general contracting services for the building’s core and shell redevelopment. Click here to learn more about this project.
