Senior Superintendent

Responsibilities:  The Senior Superintendent oversees a project team of employees, contractors and subcontractors to ensure that company policies and procedures are met in regard to safety, scheduling, budget, quality and overall client satisfaction.

Requirements:  A minimum of 10 years field superintendent experience required.  Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related degree preferred; Technology savvy with construction related computer programs for scheduling and project management.  Results-oriented leader with at least 3 years managing people, including hiring, evaluation and coaching.   Preferred project experience in Health Care, Hospitality, High-End Residential & Clean Room/Laboratory experience.  Candidates needed in each category.
