Will support project teams with timely, accurate and meaningful financial information. This individual will be responsible for preparation of monthly payment requests, coordination of all subcontractors change orders, payments, contracts and waivers/affidavits. Review project budget and cost for accuracy, analyze budget variances and potential fee changes and assist in positive cash flow while meeting accounting standards and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree and 4 years of related experience or equivalent. Experience in construction industry is preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and have a strong technical aptitude. Knowledge of construction/accounting-relate
